£ 200k for art collection

A Scottish collection of Chinese and Japanese artworks has sold for nearly £200,000 at auction in Glasgow.

It included rare artworks in wood, ceramic and ivory, as well as items in bronze, jade and silk that sold to bidders from around the world.

Mctear’s Asian Works of Art Auction was led by a stunning cabinet which fetched £10,300.
