TRANENT and PENICUIK will go into their final game level on points after Tranent were held to a draw by LINLITHGOW ROSE and Penicuik hammered 10man CAMELON.

Linlithgow took the lead against Tranent through a Sean Heaver header in 13 minutes, but Sean Murphy levelled on 28 minutes. Rose then scored twice through Mark Stowe and Liam Allison, but the visitors hit back through Rory Currie in 68 minutes and Dan Baur putting through his own net late on.

Meanwhile, a super second-half display from Penicuik saw them destroy bottom club Camelon. Lumbert Kataleza gave Cuikie the lead on 18 minutes, but the Mariners levelled on half-time. Paul Tansey regained the lead for the visitors two minutes after the restart, then the Mariners had Lewis Mcarthur sent off, with Tansey making it 3-1 from the penalty. Aiden Welsh quickly hit another and late goals from Ben Weekes and Reece Hope made it 6-1 for Cuikie.

DUNBAR drew 2-2 with CROSSGATES PRIMROSE. Archie Campbell gave the Fifers the lead on five minutes, but Ben Bathgate equalised in 39 minutes. Campbell hit a second in 47 minutes, but Steven

Thomson salvaged a point for Dunbar at the death.

WHITEHILL WELFARE lost 3-2 to TYNECASTLE. The visitors took an early lead, but Ryan Weir levelled on 20 minutes. Tynecastle regained the lead on 50 minutes and added a third before Murray Wilson pulled one back.

NEWTONGRAN­GE remain in the bottom three of the league after losing 3-2 at home to BROXBURN. After a goalless first half, Broxburn took a two-goal lead through goals from Gary Brass and Dave Greenhill. The home side replied with goals from Dave Malloy and Liam Mcintosh, but Jackson Barker grabbed a winner for Broxburn in stoppage-time.

In other games, HILL OF BEATH were on the wrong end of a 3-0 defeat from LTHV, MUSSELBURG­H were stung by three secondhalf goals from JEANFIELD in Perth, and BLACKBURN went one better with a 4-0 win over INVERKEITH­ING, all goals scored in the second half.

HADDINGTON strengthen­ed their position at the top of Conference A with a late winner at KENNOWAY. Shaun Hill gave the Hi-his one before half-time, but Daryl Falconer equalised in 61 minutes. With five minutes to go, Alassan Jones hit a crucial winner for Haddington.
