Mrs Elizabeth Campbell, Falkirk

ILAWS staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’d give them five stars

We all know we should have a Will and Power of Attorney in place, but it can be something we keep putting off organising. Perhaps the thought of it all feels daunting and confusing.

However, as Mrs Elizabeth Campbell and her husband John discovered, putting them in place, along with a Protected Property Trust, through ILAWS couldn’t have been simpler.

Elizabeth told us more: “We first saw the advert in the newspaper. We were delighted that they came to your house, so we got in touch. The gentleman who came to visit us was excellent, he explained the process for everything in great detail.

“We’d first got in touch about Power of Attorney and the Will, and then we spoke to them about protecting our property as we felt that was quite a major thing in this day and age. Just knowing ILAWS could advise on that was half the battle to getting it done.”

Indeed, on finding out more information on their options, Elizabeth and John decided a Protected Property Trust was the best choice for them. After organising the Will and Power of Attorney, it didn’t take long to get everything in place for the Protected Property Trust either, leaving Elizabeth and John extremely satisfied.

From the first phone call to the home visit and then to completion, it’s safe to say Elizabeth found all her dealings with ILAWS very straightforward and simple. Staff were always on hand and they made sure no questions went unanswered.

She ends by saying: “I’m very happy with the service I received. Anytime I had to phone ILAWS the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer any questions I had to ask. I’d certainly recommend them and give them five stars for service.” Interview by Gillian Esposito
