Marine Harvest Premiershi­p champions Newtonmore rounded off their season with a 3-1 win over Kyles Athletic at Tighnabrua­ich.

Ewen Fraser scored twice in the first half with Glen Mackintosh adding a second after the break. Robbie Macleod netted for the hosts and More were presented with the league trophy after the game.

Skye kept their slim topflight survival chances alive when they came from two goals down to beat Caberfeidh 4-3 at Castle Leod.

Kevin Bartlett struck twice for the hosts and had a retaken penalty twice saved by Skye keeper Ryan Morrison. Ruaraidh Macleman got the other home goal but James Pringle’s brace, Ruaraidh Macleod and Will Cowie, gave Skye a vital win.

Duncan Matheson netted twice as Kinlochshi­el earned a hard-fought 2-1 win against Lovat at Kirkton. Michael Rodger’s grabbed a hat-trick as Marine Harvest National Division champions Kilmallie beat Beauly 5-1. Kilmallie were then presented with the league trophy after the final whistle.

Calum Mclay’s hat-trick helped Glasgow Mid Argyll defeat Strathglas­s 3-1 at Yoker. Ally Macadams’ penalty counted for Strathglas­s.
