Hurrah for the return of Only Connect. Victoria Coren-mitchell is my all-time favourite quiz show host. She is much better than the sneering Jeremy Paxman who is on University Challenge afterwards.

Fixer Upper

Chip and Joanne are miracle workers, so watching a highlights reel of their best work was a joy. I think we need a UK version of Fixer Upper because our home renovation shows don’t cut it.
