Kelvingrove Art Gallery has been named the UK’S top art museum by Tripadvisor.

The Glasgow attraction beat three major London tourist venues – the National Gallery, the British Museum and the V&A.

The travel website’s chart was decided by public votes. Kelvingrove was also named the No 1 choice of 283 things to do in Glasgow.
