Pub break-in: Man charged

A man has been charged with a break in and assault at The Boars Rock pub in Dundee.

The 33-year-old has also been charged with a break-in at Mecca Bingo, Douglas Road, Dundee and other offences at Scottish Blue Autocare in the city’s Douglas Road, both of which occurred yesterday.

Last night, police said inquiries remained ongoing to identify and trace a second man who was believed to be involved in the incident at the Arbroath Road pub on Friday.
