Cbeebies gig for Whittaker

Doctor Who star Jodie Whittaker will follow in the footsteps of Sir Elton John, Dolly Parton, David Hasselhoff and Tom Hardy when she appears on Cbeebies Bedtime Stories.

Jodie will read Ada Twist, Scientist – the tale of a child on a mission to use science to understand her world.

Jodie, 36, who will appear on the show on December 7, said: “It is such an honour to know that families and friends will be sharing this experience with me. I hope that everyone enjoys it as much as I did.”
