Dunfermline Abbey, Wednesday

A unique showing of the Netflix film about Robert the Bruce (played by Chris Pine), charting the years 1304-07, from defeated nobleman to victorious King of Scots at the Battle of Loudoun Hill.

There will be a tour of Dunfermline Abbey, which doubles as Westminster in the film, and the Abbey Church, home to The Bruce’s tomb, followed by a film screening in the nearby Carnegie Library and a Q&A with director David Mackenzie and producer Gillian Berrie.
