Elgin – Cameron (27, 60), Sutherland (44, 56); Albion – Gracie (30, 89) After three straight home defeats Elgin bounced back with a fine attacking display to beat bottom side Albion. Brian Cameron raced on to Shane Sutherland’s pass to fire in the opener.

Albion levelled soon after, Graham Gracie sliding in on Ryan Watters’ low cross. The hosts regained their lead on 44 minutes, Sutherland nodding in Jon Paul Mcgovern’s corner. Ten minutes after the break, Sutherland weaved his way through to roll home his second of the game, before releasing Cameron on the hour to do the same after rounding keeper Peter Morrison.

Albion’s Gracie became the third player to score a double with a late solo effort.
