In 2016, Adam, Jenny, Pete, David and Karen returned to our screens for the first time in 13 years (sadly, the sixth member of the gang, Rachel, couldn’t make it as she’d been killed off in 2003) and viewers were so pleased to see them that ITV decided against leaving it so long between series.

So, we’re now being treated to a third run of the revived comedy-drama, which proves that while the mates may be getting older, their lives aren’t slowing down.

In fact, Jenny and Pete seemed to have rediscovered their passion for each other – until Jenny receives some news that sends her into a tailspin. Meanwhile, Karen and David have a difference of opinion on parenting, Adam listens to some home truths – and is that wedding bells we can hear?
