BANKS O’ DEE are two points clear at the top of the Super League after a 2-0 home win over DYCE. Michael Philipson scored for Dee early on and Greg Alexander made it two after half-time.

NAIRN SAINT NINIAN remain in second thanks to a 2-1 victory over COLONY PARK in Inverurie. Conor Macphee netted midway through the second half for Nairn Saints, and Adam Macleod sealed the win with No. 2 in the 84th minute. James Duguid bagged a double for CULTER in a 2-1 draw at EAST END, who replied through Liam Todd and Glen Donald.

Philip Watt snatched a point for DEVERONSID­E with a last-minute equaliser at home to HERMES. Nathan Ross continued his scoring run with Side’s other goal, while Cairns scored twice for the visitors in the 2-2 draw. Curtis Kane put HALL RUSSELL ahead at home to BRIDGE OF DON THISTLE, but Sam Muirhead levelled for the Jags just after the break. Kane grabbed his second and Liam Duncan made it three for the home side, before Muirhead netted his and the visitors’ second. Paul Napier converted a late penalty to grab a point for Bridge of Don and a 3-3 draw.

ELLON UNITED climbed off the bottom of the table after a home win over MONTROSE ROSELEA, Sim netting the winner 11 minutes from time. STONEHAVEN closed the gap at the top of the First Division to two points with a 2-1 win at DUFFTOWN, Craig Mackie and Tom Baillie on target for Hive.

Curtis Turek and Caleb Ogwuru scored the goals for ABERDEEN UNIVERSITY in their home 2-1 success over BUCHANHAVE­N HEARTS. LONGSIDE are up to fourth after winning 2-1 at struggling BUCKIE ROVERS. STONEYWOOD PARKVALE enjoyed an excellent 3-1 win over FRASERBURG­H UNITED at College Park, Neale Davidson, Liam Bain and Ryan Davidson scoring. FORRES THISTLE remain seven points clear at the top of the Second Division after dropping their first points of the season in a thrilling 4-4 draw at CRUDEN BAY. Sean Mcintosh (2), Matty Fraser and Brandon Hutcheson scored for the league leaders. Mark Foley, Brodie Ross, Angus Calder and an own goal replied for Bay.

Goals from Finlay Nicol, Cameron Angus and a double from Kelvin Mackenzie gave BURGHEAD a 4-0 victory at SPEY VALLEY to stay in second place. New Elgin won 5-2 at bottom club Whitehills, with Ross Morrison, Danny Williamson, Jordi Mackie and a John Ross double on target for the visitors.

Dean Still and Dan Scott grabbed doubles in SUNNYBANK’S 6-0 win at GLENTANAR in the first game in Group 1 of the Morrison Cup, with Andy Mutch and Scott Burnett also on target.
