Even faster broadband

More than 5,300 homes and businesses in Central Scotland will get access to faster broadband thanks to the first £4.5 million to be awarded from the UK Government’s nationwide Gigabit Programme.

These premises were already due to benefit from superfast broadband through the Scottish Government’s Reaching 100 programme.

Now, following an agreement between the UK and Scottish Governments, the properties will get gigabit-capable broadband.
