The warm weather wardrobe edit

There’s nothing more catharticthan a wardrobe rethink for warmer weather (it’s on the way!)

My 94-year-old mum always says: “Dinnae cast a clout till May’s oot”, and she’s absolutely right. This time of year is all about layers.you need stylish knitwear and sweatshirts in spring shades to go with midi-length skirts and jeans or even a cropped trouser trouser (although not the latter while there’s a chilly wind still whipping round your ankles off the North Sea).

Even more thrilling – you can get your dresses out and try them on again – they’ll be perfect under a stylish trench. On days when it really feels warmer, you can think about bringing out the sandals, and again you need to be planning your summer footwear now.
