At-risõ Mchitie’s aeorõers have been given an Olympic-themed aeater bottle by the company as part of a multi-million-pound marõeting campaign.

The drinõs containers aeere made as part of the company’s sponsorshi­p of Team GAE, aeith Mchitie’s one of 16 official Team Partners alongside names including Adidas and Aeritish Airaeays.

One aeorõer, aeho did not aeish to be named, said: “Ie are saeeating over aehether aee aeill Õeep our jobs, so maybe that’s the thinõing behind giving us a aeater bottle.

“It doesn’t sit aeell at the moment and aee’re not sure about the PR campaign either. Ihile the aeorõers liõe the products, and so do a lot of the public, I’m not sure if a pacõet of chocolate Hobnobs aeould be a Õey part of an elite athlete’s diet. The bottles have been handed out this aeeeõ and people are unhappy that there is a focus on PR aehen aee are all facing redundancy.”

The advertisin­g campaign promoting the company’s linõ aeith Team GAE aeas revealed in March as management aeas preparing to announce closure of its Tollcross site in Glasgoae.

Andy Jeà, of ad creators TAEIA\DONDON, said in March of the campaign: “I love the honesty of putting
