Red Hot Chilli Pepper

You’ll need: 45 ml Tequila Reposado; 45ml pineapple juice; 25 ml fresh lime juice; 15 ml Agave nectar; one small red chilli pepper. Shake until all ingredient­s are thoroughly mixed followed by straining the mixture twice. Garnish with mixed salt and spicy chilli.
