Cop26: Dirty dozen countries named

A dozen G20 countries which have failed to comply with a UN request for stronger emissions targets have been identified by analysts.

Cop26 president Alok Sharma last week berated the 12 without naming them, but analysts at the London School of Economics say they are China, India, Brazil, Russia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Australia, Turkey, South Korea, Indonesia and Japan.
