Mango & pineapple mojito

You’ll need: 50g pineapple; 50g mango; 3 limes; 2 tbsp brown sugar; 2 mint sprigs; ice; 150ml white rum; 200ml pineapple rum; 600ml sparkling water.

Muddle ingredient­s, add mint and top with ice. Stir in rum and water.
