Prince’s private flight home from polo

First Minister announces experts to guide official response to global warming

Prince Harry has enraged climate change campaigners by taking a private jet home to California after playing polo.

The Prince is believed to have taken a two-hour flight from Aspen, Colorado, on board a £45 million private Gulfstream jet belonging to a billionaire friend.

Harry took the plane so he could join wife Meghan and their two children at their home following a polo match last Thursday for his charity Sentebale, which helps children in Africa with HIV.

In a recent television interview with Oprah Winfrey, Harry said: “I believe even more that climate change and mental health are two of the most pressing issues that we’re facing. With kids growing up in today’s world, pretty depressing, right, depending on where you live, your home country is either on fire, it’s either under water, houses or forests are being flattened.” Royal author Tom Quinn said: “This appears to be enormously hypocritical.”
