Praiano set to be a TV star
Sandown’s ITV4 twilight meeting has attracted healthy entries. One of the most-appealing is Praiano in the staying handicap.
Roger Varian’s colt has had just four visits to the races, and this son of Dubawi confirmed progress by winning at Leicester last time.

His brief racing career has proved that 10 furlongs on quicker ground are his optimum conditions and he should have some improvement to come.
Two runs ago, he came out on top at Ripon the second winning since, and today he is nicely berthed to attack from stall two.
Fix Sun bombed out at Warwick last time but Nicky Henderson’s sixyear-old was trying twoand-a-half miles for the first time.
Back at two miles today at Worcester he can resume his progress started two runs ago, with a comfy victory over Champagne City at Warwick.
