RANGERS B crashed in nine without reply against VALE OF LEITHEN to stay second, a point behind Bonnyrigg Rose.

Ross Mccausland was the hero with Juan Alegria on the bench after joining from FC Honka. Mccausland opened the scoring after 14 minutes and doubled the score in the 17th.

The Gers went 3-0 up in the 35th minute when Arron Lyall drove home and, just on the half, Mccausland completed his hat-trick.

Tony Weston hit No. 5 and Lyall got his second. Debut boy Alegria scored with eight minutes left. Lewis Mckinnon and Alegria with his second completed the rout.

BONNYRIGG ROSE won 3-1 against STIRLING UNI. Kieran Mcgachie fired home a corner in the 23rd minute but it was the 63rd minute before Mcgachie headed home No 2. Jamie Penker pulled one back for Stirling but Kieran Hall sealed the points.

EAST STIRLINGSH­IRE were 3-1 winners over DALBEATTIE STAR and dominated the opening half but had only a 25th-minute penalty from Jamie Hamilton to show for it. Star made it 1-1 with a Russell Currie penalty. Jack Healey got a second with 15 minutes left and David Churchill the third

CALEDONIAN BRAVES won 2-1 over SPARTANS with Cameron Breadner shooting home before the interval. He doubled the score after the restart with a 20-yarder. Aaron Murrell pulled one back.

GRETNA 2008 have still to win on their new 4G pitch and this time the party poopers were BO’NESS UNITED who won 1-0. Zander Miller headed the only goal of the game.

BROOMHILL and CIVIL SERVICE STROLLERS shared the points in a 2-2 draw with Alan Frizzle hitting an 86th minute equaliser. Earlier they took the lead when Del Mcnab headed home. Strollers Kosakov hit two goals to put his side ahead until Frizzel’s leveller.

CELTIC B against EDINBURGH UNI and EAST KILBRIDE’S match against GALA FAIRYDEAN ROVERS were called off due to Covid issues.
