500-year wait for whisky
One of the first bottles produced at Scotland’s “spiritual home of whisky” in more than 500 years has fetched £560 at auction online.
The Lindores 1494 Inaugural Membership Release comes from Lindores Abbey Distillery, Fife, home of the first written record of Scotch whisky.
