Skye battle back to lift trophy for third time
Skye Camanachd came from behind to beat Beauly 3-1 at An Aird, Fort William, to win the Alvance British Aluminium Balliemore Cup for the third time.
Ross Forbes struck early for Beauly but James Pringle levelled moments later. Pringle’s second gave Skye a halftime lead with Sam Macphee’s late strike making it 3-1.
Skye skipper Jordan Murchison was presented with the trophy.
John Macrae scored in each half as Tulloch Homes Camanachd Cup winners Kinlochshiel beat Caberfeidh 2-1 to reach the cottages.com Mactavish Cup Final.
Kevin Bartlett’s late counter wasn’t enough for Cabers.
Michael Rodger grabbed a hat-trick as Kilmallie beat Lochaber 3-2 in their Mowi League A derby.
