Neilson hits out at ref after seeing red over Bacuna spat
Hearts boss is raging despite grabbing a last-gasp point
Robbie Neilson last night insisted Rangers midfielder, Juninho Bacuna, should have been sent off at Ibrox.
The Hearts boss was so incensed the midfielder did not get red-carded for a touchline incident involving Stephen Kingsley, that he got himself dismissed and missed his side’s late equaliser.
Neilson claimed that the big decision had been a “stonewaller” for referee Don Robertson as Bacuna had grabbed his player by the throat, while Steven Gerrard argued his players had “stitched up” Allan Mcgregor by failing to take their chances.
