CELTIC B made it four wins in a row with a comfortable 4-1 win over BO’NESS UNITED at the Penny Cars Stadium.

The home side were dominant in the opening stages, but it was Bo’ness who had the best early chance when a Stuart Hunter header was touched on to the bar by keeper Tobi Oluwayemi.

It was the 21st minute before the young Celts scored when Brody Paterson finished off from close range from a corner. Two minutes later, they were two ahead when Adam Brooks tapped in.

On the half-hour, they had two more chances, but Ben Wylie shot over the Bo’ness bar and, two minutes later, his shot went narrowly past.

On 49 minutes, Celtic got a third when a Wylie corner was guided in by Bruno Davidson from two yards.

On 54 minutes, the hosts should have gone further ahead from a penalty when Adam Brooks was fouled by Bo’ness keeper Andy Murphy. However, he redeemed himself and made a fine save.

In the 74th minute, Celtic went 4-0 up when Ben Doak’s cross hit a defender and ended up in the net.

In stoppage time, Nick Locke pulled one back when he fired home from a Danny Galbraith corner.
