Lotto cash to spend

A Scottish couple who scooped a £58 million lottery jackpot admit they still use vouchers for their weekly shop.

Fred and Lesley Higgins, from Dundee, won the cash in August and have since bought a penthouse and two luxury cars, but say they “still like a bargain” and won’t change their old habits.

Well, a penny saved is a penny earned.
