Urban frogs are better at finding love, new research has found.

Scientists studying city-dwelling tungara frogs discovered the amphibians’ mating calls were three times more effective than the love songs of their rainforest counterparts.

Rural toads are thought to juggle serenading with avoiding predators, making their songs less ribbiting.
