With more over-65s going back to work, what job would tempt you to stay on?

I would be tempted if the work was to write. I just love it.

I retired at 55 and nothing would entice me back. Now I cycle, hill walk, paddleboard and eat out.

Absolutely nothing would have enticed me to work past my retirement age. In my job older staff weren’t valued at all.

I’d love a job in the SNP machine where I wouldn’t come under scrutiny for doing nothing.

I would be tempted to work on if the job was with older adults or very young children..
