FEDERATION OF SMALL BUSINESSES

-

With one in six Scottish businesses already talking about downsizing, selling or closing, there is not a moment to lose. We need to hear how the business tax burden is going to be reduced. What’s going to be done about the extra 20% that small businesses pay in VAT and when will we see the reversal of this year’s National Insurance hikes? Then the PM should give cash grants to the hardest hit and give small business energy customers the same protections as domestic consumers, such as a price cap.
