Stepping into the shoes of national treasure Barbara Windsor was a daunting task, but Jaime Winstone did it in 2017 when she played the Carry On star in the TV biopic Babs. Now, she’s doing it again as soap matriarch Peggy Mitchell, in a special flashback episode. Under increasing pressure from DCI Keeble, Phil thinks back to 1979 when Peggy is feeling the pinch as she tries to keep her family in line. Daniel Delaney and Teddy Jay star as young Phil and brother Grant.
