A simple thank you

Further to the letter about how easy it is to complain and difficult to praise (Your View, last week). Whenever I stay in a hotel I always leave a Thank You card in my room for the housekeeping staff. Where I am provided with a meal I include the kitchen and waiting staff. They are often unseen and unappreciated, yet so important to the quality of any stay.
