In 1977, 20-year-old Colleen Stan was hitchhiking from her Oregon home to California when she was picked up by Cameron Hooker and his wife Janice, who were also travelling across the US with their baby.

For the next seven years, the couple kept her locked in a box for 23 hours a day, forcing her to become a sex slave – Cameron also regularly tortured her.

This drama charts Colleen’s ordeal and reveals what happened when Janice eventually turned against her husband.Addison Timlin plays Colleen, alongside Zane Holtz and Zelda Williams (daughter of Robin) as the Hookers.
