If you’ve already seen the Star Wars prequel Rogue One, you’ll be familiar with the character of Cassian Andor.

He’s the thief-turned-rebel spy who stole the plans for the Death Star, which proved so useful to Luke Skywalker in A New Hope.The character was so popular with fans he’s been given his own spin-off series; the first three episodes (of 12) are being made available this week.

Diego Luna reprises his role as Andor, while the story takes us even further back in Star Wars lore, focusing on the five years leading up to the events in Rogue One. Genevieve O’Reilly and Stellan Skarsgard also appear.
