Bank boss: I will not quit
World Bank president David Malpass has said he will not resign despite facing calls to step down last week over his remarks on climate change.
Malpass would not answer directly when asked if the burning of fossil fuels had contributed to global warming. Instead, he said: “I am not a scientist.”
