The third episode of his latest series takes Reeves through the Andes from Peru to Bolivia. He begins in the ruins of Machu Picchu before visiting a valley whose residents earn a living by farming coca leaves – the primary ingredient of cocaine.

He also learns how local indigenous women are battling for more equality via influence and representation.
