After Ally: Where are they now?
The fortunes of the Ally McBeal cast have been mixed since the show finished after five seasons in 2002. Here’s what happened next.
Calista Flockhart
Won the 1998 Golden Globe for her portrayal of the title character, and at the same awards show four years later she met Harrison Ford. They married in 2010.
She turned down Teri Hatcher’s role in Desperate Housewives, but played the lead role in five seasons of Brothers & Sisters. She plays a recurring character in Supergirl and this year was on stage in LA for Who’s Afraid Of Virginia Woolf?
Greg Germann
He won a Screen Actors Guild award as Richard Fish and was nominated a further two times.
Since the show ended, he has appeared in guest roles in scores of popular TV shows, such as CSI, Medium, Hawaii Five-O, NCIS, Law & Order and Curb Your Enthusiasm, and was a series regular in Grey’s Anatomy from season 14-18.
Jane Krakowski
After playing office assistant Elaine Vassal, Krakowski received acclaim for her role as Jenna Maroney in sitcom 30 Rock, as well as Netflix’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
Peter MacNicol
He won an Emmy for his memorable performance as John Cage but was already well known for his roles in Ghostbusters II, Chicago Hope and Housesitter.
After Ally McBeal, he starred in crime series Numbers and had recurring roles in 24, Grey’s Anatomy,
CSI: Cyber and Veep.
