I felt I had to write; I herniated my disc 3 years ago. I thought it had almost healed however last November it went again. I was in searing agonising pain! L4 L5 herniation with paracentral nerve compression, I need a discectomy. I’m waiting !!!! In the meantime, I have gone through various pain meds and ended up on morphine patches. I still have weak legs, stiff joints, and some days I can’t dress, walk or move. Last week in desperation I searched sciatic relief and fell on your patches online….. I ordered some and Friday I

put on my first patch.

What magic is this ???? By Friday afternoon I was cleaning the house, cooking tea, and feeling like the old me! Saturday (we’ve just moved home) I unpacked clothes that have sat for weeks, ran to the shops, more cleaning…all day until 7pm!!! Yes, I ached and yes, I paid for over doing it on Sunday and worried they weren’t working anymore… then today I’m up tidying, general housework and living!! I’m by no means cured - but that searing pain is gone! I can cope, I can live again where I previously couldn’t and at my darkest told my

husband I couldn’t do this anymore…..
