Pickford hands Kane a 400th gift

Second-half goals by Harry Kane and PierreEmile Hojbjerg fired Tottenham to a 2-0 victory over Everton.

But the points were only secured after the Toffees had made life tough for the hosts in the first half.

An error from Jordan Pickford helped Tottenham break the deadlock when he fouled Kane, who made no mistake from the penalty spot on his 400th Spurs appearance.

Hojbjerg wrapped up the points with a second late on.
