Andor Disney+

Andor has been slow to get going but kicked into gear with the sixth instalment surely going down as perhaps one of the best hours in the entire Star Wars canon.

No Ewoks, no Jar-Jar Binks, no space magic; this was a gritty and thrilling tale of a Commando raid by some flinty desperados, which had more in common with The Heroes Of Telemark than Attack Of The Clones.

Even at that, the heroes here were dirtier and ruthless than Telemark.

There were worries when Disney took over the franchise that it would soften Star Wars but if anything Andor has been grittier than my driveway.
