Garden of the week
Cambo House, near St Andrews, has some of the best late-season flower borders in Scotland and the garden is also surrounded by acres of mature woodland where the colours are on the turn.
Beneath these trees, thousands of snowdrops will appear in late January, but for now the ground is carpeted with fallen leaves in rich, autumn tones. Trails lead through the woods to the beach and to the Fife Coastal Path.
