Not even a pandemic could completely stop the long-running reality show – when travel restrictions were in place, it simply moved to Gwyrch Castle in Wales.

But now, after two years on UK soil, I’m a Celeb is going back to its Australian roots. So, at least the famous faces who have signed up for this year’s contest should be warmer, even if they will have to face a potentially more exotic array of Bushtucker Trials.

Ant and Dec are back on hosting duties as tonight they introduce us to the campers and observe how they settle in.Who will make the best first impression on their fellow celebs – and, even more importantly, the viewers?
