This documentary goes behind the scenes at its warehouse, where 4,500 different types of products and 1,700 pallets are processed every day. Its products which have captured buyers’ imaginations include the £1 engagement ring which customer Barry Fricker bought to propose to Lizzie Bennetti at the Shard in London.
