Former journalist Mark Boal wrote the Oscar-winning screenplay for The Hurt Locker. However, he’s heading to the small screen for this 10-episode action thriller filmed in South America. Boal is also one of the directors and executive producers of a tale that involves the disappearance of Amber Chesborough, a US scientist who vanishes somewhere along the Colombia-Venezuela border.

Luke Evans and Michiel Huisman star as her brother and husband respectively. Both have military experience they hope will be useful in their efforts to track her down.
