The chef and owner of Jikoni restau­rant in Lon­don’s Maryle­bone is af­ter a new set of pans from Bri­tish cook­ware brand Crane. “They are chic, durable, func­tional and made from re­cy­cled ma­te­ri­als – ev­ery­thing that speaks to me,” she says. Top of her list? A gen­er­ously sized her­ring­bone grid­dle pan that stretches over two rings of the hob.
