Food writer, chef and TV pre­sen­ter Ching He Huang has just been on a cruise around Italy, and has fallen head over heels for the lo­cal wines. “I’d love a bot­tle of 2014 Mas­seto Toscana,” she says, “as the wine is per­fect with Chi­nese chilli bean beef stew or Amer­i­can surf and turf ” – or even turkey.
