A particularly brilliant butcher has just opened near me in Old Spitalfields Market. At The Butchery Ltd, Nathan Mills (aka @naththebutcher) and Ruth Siwinski do whole carcass butchery and sell pasture-fed native breeds that they get from small farms around the country.
