APPLE COSMOPOLITAN

This appley version of a traditional cosmopolitan uses apple vodka with

elderflower cordial.

Serves two

INGREDIENTS

Crushed ice 50ml apple vodka, or regular vodka and a splash of apple

juice

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp triple sec

2 tbsp elderflower cordial

METHOD

Add some crushed ice to a martini glass to chill. Pour the apple vodka, lime

juice, triple sec and elderflower cordial into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of the crushed ice and shake well. Discard the ice in the martini glass and pour the apple cosmo out through a

cocktail strainer.
