CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE
Mix up muscle-building resistance training with cardio to efficiently burn fat. Cardio alone burns calories by boosting your heart rate, but to really see a significant difference needs to be paired with two to three strengthtraining sessions for the reasons outlined above. Your cardio exercise could involve running, dancing, tennis or brisk walking. This activity needs to get you out of breath, increase your heart rate and engage your muscles in order to burn calories and shift extra weight. A gentle stroll won’t wash.
