There’s no shame in being afraid of wearing yellow. Most women are, regardless of age. Even
teenagers. There’s just something so… shouty
about it. But read on. Improbable as it seems, yellow flatters almost
every complexion, casting radiance on to the face in a similar
manner to those buttercups you used to hold under your chin as
a child. Yellow looks especially wonderful
on black skin, and equally wonderful, for some indefatigable
reason, on women with white or silver-toned
hair. Two words: Helen Mirren. There’s a reason she wears it so often.
