College guard’s graduation

A Filipino security officer graduated yesterday from the school in Cebu City he guarded for 20 years.

Erwin Macua, 38, completed his degree in elementary education from St Theresa’s college.

The father of three juggled working overnight and studying in the day.

He funded his first year and was then sponsored by an anonymous donor for the remaining years.
